TAILOR-MADE BOXES

Any product that requires special sizes, different from the EURO standard offered by the market, can be placed in custom-made plastic crates and containers. However, larger-than-standard sizes are not always required: there may also be a need for smaller-than-standard totes to optimise storage space and transport costs. The load capacity does not change when compared to the original product, as well as its impact resistance and resilience.

RESIZING

Dimensional modification of the box does not result in changes in load capacity, either in excess or in defect. Internal accessories can be modified, as well as lids.

IDENTIFICATION

Linking different colored boxes creates interesting solutions when used with lean systems , alerting the operator through immediate visual information. 

INCREASE IN HEIGHT

The increase in height of the box can be achieved by
overlapping two standard heights. The top box will be without the bottom and its perimeter welded to the top of the lower box.

RECONFIGURATIONS

Through the cutting of boxes, it is also possible to realize new
products not strictly related to their original use.
